Cool Moms Dance Too! was founded to promote dance as a way for families to connect, exercise and have a good time. Our mission is to help 1 million families access fun, culturally relevant, accessible and healthy alternatives for mental, emotional and physical health by 2025. Since founding the AFAA/NASM-approved Cool Moms Dance Too!, we have worked with thousands of families, with some having even gone on to participate in performances at sports games, live tours and mental health conferences.
