About National Foundation for Transplants

Transplants.org is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the millions of patients and families navigating the transplant journey. Patient-founded and patient-focused, our work spans transplant education, patient support, research, and advocacy. We support people across every stage from initial consideration to long-term health through clear, evidence-based resources and tools. In collaboration with leading transplant centers, registries, laboratories, and industry partners, we're expanding access to transplant, improving quality, and driving better long-term outcomes.
